ABOUT THE JOB
Amaris Consulting is seeking a Project Coordinator/Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, monitoring, and delivery of digital learning and quality-related initiatives within an international and multicultural environment. The role will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of operational and quality assurance activities across multiple projects and learning program.
This is a short-term consulting opportunity with an initial 6-month contract, extendable based on project needs and performance. The role follows European working hours, with afternoon/evening coverage in Vietnam time.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the lifecycle of digital learning projects, including intake management, pipeline monitoring, and portfolio tracking
- Provide operational and user support in collaboration with internal functional and technical teams
- Prepare and maintain review schedules and follow-up activities for assigned project portfolios
- Conduct final quality checks, validation reviews, and ensure learning platform configurations are properly updated
- Act as a key coordination point between stakeholders involved in quality assurance and project delivery activities
- Participate in project and coordination meetings, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up on action items
- Contribute to the continuous improvement, standardization, and documentation of operational and learning processes
- Identify project risks, evaluate potential impacts, and support mitigation planning across ongoing initiatives
ABOUT YOU
- Master's degree in Business, Communications, Economics, Marketing, Public Health, Statistics, Information Systems, or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination, digital product management, or program delivery environments
- Exposure to agile delivery methodologies, quality management practices, or adaptive project frameworks
- Experience in reporting, data analysis, and preparation of operational insights
- Proven ability to work effectively in multicultural, international, and cross-functional environments
- Background in stakeholder management and structured project governance
- Exposure to digital learning, e-learning, edtech, or training-related environments
- Strong organizational and coordination capabilities in complex multi-stakeholder environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Fluent English communication skills required
- Additional languages such as French, Spanish, Arabic, Chinese, or Russian are considered a plus
