Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead organizational development initiatives including structure design, competency frameworks, and performance management.
Develop and execute learning strategies aligned with business priorities.
Drive talent management programs such as career pathways and succession planning.
Manage the learning ecosystem including LMS and modern learning methodologies.
Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and implement solutions.
Lead and develop the L&OD team and manage the training budget.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in L&OD, Organizational Development, or Talent Development leadership roles.
Strong experience in competency frameworks, performance management, and learning strategy.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change initiatives.
