Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead organizational development initiatives including structure design, competency frameworks, and performance management.
  • Develop and execute learning strategies aligned with business priorities.
  • Drive talent management programs such as career pathways and succession planning.
  • Manage the learning ecosystem including LMS and modern learning methodologies.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and implement solutions.
  • Lead and develop the L&OD team and manage the training budget.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in L&OD, Organizational Development, or Talent Development leadership roles.
  • Strong experience in competency frameworks, performance management, and learning strategy.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change initiatives.
