Job description
Talent development strategy
- Develop and implement talent development frameworks aligned with business goals
- Support workforce capability planning and organizational development initiatives
- Collaborate business leaders to identify critical roles and successors
Succession planning & HiPo development
- Design and manage succession planning processes for key positions
- Identify and develop high-potential (HiPo) talent pools
- Build Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and track progress
Leadership & Capability development
- Design and implement leadership development programs (emerging leaders, mid-level, senior leaders)
- Facilitate or coordinate development activities such as coaching, mentoring, job rotation
- Partner with internal stakeholders to strengthen people management capabilities
Learning programs
- Design development-focused learning programs
- Ensure training initiatives are aligned with competency frameworks and career pathways
- Integrate on-the-job training (OJT), coaching, and experiential learning into development plans
Performance & Development integration
- Support performance management processes with a focus on development outcomes
- Ensure alignment between performance reviews, competency gaps, and development actions
Monitoring & Analytics
- Track effectiveness of talent development initiatives (e.g., promotion rate, internal mobility, HiPo retention)
- Prepare reports and insights for management
- Continuously improve programs based on data and feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Commerce, or related fields.
- At least 3 years in talent development, organizational development, or L&D within F&B or manufacturing industry is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in Chinese/English is a MUST.
- Experience in succession planning, HiPo programs, or leadership development is a strong advantage
- Good analytical thinking and project management skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
