Job Description

Company Description Fushan Technology Vietnam is a manufacturing facility of Foxconn, a global leader in electronic components, telecommunications equipment, and computers. Established in 2013 on a 17-hectare site with an investment of over 300 million USD, the factory originally operated as Nokia's feature phone production site. In 2014, it became Microsoft's exclusive global factory for feature phone and smartphone manufacturing. The company continues to focus on advanced technology solutions to expand production scale and diversify its product portfolio.

Role Description The Learning and Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Từ Sơn. This role is responsible for assessing training needs, designing and delivering learning programs, and managing learning initiatives that support employee performance and development. Daily tasks include creating instructional materials, organizing and facilitating workshops and training sessions, and maintaining learning records within relevant systems. The Specialist will collaborate with managers to align learning plans with business goals, coach employees and supervisors on development pathways, and evaluate training effectiveness to recommend improvements. The role also involves coordinating with HR and operational teams to ensure learning programs comply with company policies and support a continuous learning culture.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong skills in Training & Development, including needs analysis, program design, and facilitation of learning activities.
  • Candidates should possess capabilities in Learning Management, such as managing learning management systems (LMS), tracking training participation, and reporting on learning outcomes.
  • Candidates should possess experience in Instructional Design, including creating engaging training materials, e-learning content, and blended learning solutions.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Coaching skills to work effectively with diverse teams, provide feedback, and support individual development plans.
  • Relevant experience in manufacturing or technology environments, especially in large-scale production settings, is beneficial.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work on-site in Từ Sơn, manage multiple projects, and use MS Office and digital learning tools efficiently.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate training impact and propose data-driven improvements to learning programs.
