Role Description The Learning and Development Specialist (Cu Chi, HCMC) is a full-time, on-site role based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This role is responsible for assessing training needs, designing learning programs, and implementing development initiatives to support employee performance and growth. Day-to-day tasks include creating and updating training materials, coordinating training sessions and workshops, managing learning activities, and tracking participation and outcomes. The specialist collaborates with managers and teams to ensure learning content is relevant, engaging, and aligned with business goals, while providing coaching and feedback to reinforce skills. This position also involves maintaining learning records, evaluating program effectiveness, and suggesting continuous improvements to the overall learning strategy.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Compentency framework design for employee, specially back-office and engineer.
  • Strong skills in Training & Development, including needs assessment, program design, and delivery.
  • Experience with Learning Management and the use of learning systems or tools to organize and track training activities.
  • Proficiency in Instructional Design, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and practical learning materials.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to present information clearly and collaborate across teams.
  • Coaching skills to support employees in applying new knowledge and improving performance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a learning and development, HR, or training role is beneficial.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to work on-site in Cu Chi, Ho Chi Minh City, and collaborate effectively in a diverse, inclusive environment.
