Collaborate with departments to identify training needs; develop content, manuals, job aids, and e-learning modules to enhance employee capabilities.
Manage, supervise, and evaluate training effectiveness through surveys, post-training assessments, and key performance metrics.
Propose and implement solutions to improve training quality and enhance employee learning experiences.
Communicate and organize activities to promote corporate culture, strengthen engagement, and enhance overall employee experience.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education & Training, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and talent development.
Experienced in designing training programs and applying modern learning methodologies (e.g., e-learning, blended learning).
Capable of developing strategies, planning, and implementing large-scale corporate training programs.
Proficient in English for communication and documentation.
