Learning and Development Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Learning and Development Manager, based at NOVOTEL PHU QUOC RESORT in Phú Quốc. The Learning and Development Manager will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing learning programs and training strategies to support the professional growth of employees. Responsibilities include assessing training needs, designing instructional materials, delivering training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of learning initiatives. The role also involves spearheading leadership development programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and performance improvement.

• Proven expertise in Training & Development, including designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs
• Strong skills in Learning Management and Instructional Design, with experience using learning management systems (LMS) and creating engaging training content
• Experience in Leadership Development, with a focus on identifying and nurturing talent to build leadership capacity
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment
• Proficiency in project management and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is highly desirable
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Vietnamese is an advantage
