Job Description

L&D Strategy & Planning:

  • Align L&D initiatives with company goals.
  • Conduct training needs analysis (surveys, performance data).

Training Program Management:

  • Design and deliver onboarding, leadership, and technical training.
  • Oversee logistics (budgets, vendors, schedules).
  • Evaluate program effectiveness (feedback, ROI).

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Consult managers on team skill gaps.
  • Provide coaching/mentoring guidance.

Talent Development:

  • Identify high-potential employees and create growth plans.
  • Support succession planning.

Learning Culture:

  • Promote e-learning and knowledge-sharing platforms.
  • Recognize employee development efforts.

Reporting:

  • Track and report on L&D metrics (participation, impact).

Other tasks as assigned by HR Director.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Education

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Master's degree or L&D certifications (e.g., CPLP, SHRM) preferred. |

2. Work Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in L&D, talent management, or HR, preferably in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record in designing and evaluating training programs.

3. Foreign language

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)

4. Computer Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, LMS platforms, and e-learning tools

5. Skills

  • Technical: Instructional design, data analysis, project management
  • Soft Skills: Communication, stakeholder management, creativity

6. Personal Qualities

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to change
  • Passion for employee development and organizational growth
