L&D Strategy & Planning:
- Align L&D initiatives with company goals.
- Conduct training needs analysis (surveys, performance data).
Training Program Management:
- Design and deliver onboarding, leadership, and technical training.
- Oversee logistics (budgets, vendors, schedules).
- Evaluate program effectiveness (feedback, ROI).
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Consult managers on team skill gaps.
- Provide coaching/mentoring guidance.
Talent Development:
- Identify high-potential employees and create growth plans.
- Support succession planning.
Learning Culture:
- Promote e-learning and knowledge-sharing platforms.
- Recognize employee development efforts.
Reporting:
- Track and report on L&D metrics (participation, impact).
Other tasks as assigned by HR Director.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Education
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Master's degree or L&D certifications (e.g., CPLP, SHRM) preferred. |
2. Work Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in L&D, talent management, or HR, preferably in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
- Proven track record in designing and evaluating training programs.
3. Foreign language
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
4. Computer Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, LMS platforms, and e-learning tools

- Technical: Instructional design, data analysis, project management
