Learning and Development Expert

Design, develop, and deliver instructor-led and online training programs for automotive technologies, diagnostic procedures, and repair techniques.

Conduct technical training sessions at training centers, dealerships, or virtually using digital platforms.

Develop training materials, manuals, job aids, and e-learning modules in coordination with engineering and product development teams.

Stay current with emerging automotive technologies, including EV systems, ADAS, software diagnostics, and industry regulations.

Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and post-training performance metrics.

Provide technical support and mentorship to service personnel and dealer networks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, quality, and customer service to ensure accurate and up-to-date technical content.

Maintain training equipment, tools, and demo vehicles used in hands-on training.

Participate in train-the-trainer programs and continuous personal development in new automotive systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in automotive service, manufacturing, or technical training.
  
• Strong understanding of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, diagnostics, and/or EVhybrid technologies.
  
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
  
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital training platforms (e.g., WebEx, Zoom, Adobe Captivate).
  
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences in a clear and structured manner.
  
• Willingness to travel to training centers and dealership locations as required.
