JOB DESCRIPTION
Analysis & Planning
- Assess training needs; develop strategies and plans aligned with HR and business objectives.
- Design training governance processes, policies, and standards.
Program Design & Development
- Design programs based on competency frameworks.
- Develop and standardize training materials.
- Apply modern technologies (E-learning, Blended Learning, Gamification, etc.).
Delivery & Facilitation
- Directly deliver management, leadership, and soft-skills programs.
- Coordinate training activities and enhance learner engagement.
- Implement Train-the-Trainer programs for internal trainers.
Trainer Management
- Coach and develop internal trainers and external facilitators.
- Build a trainer community and ensure consistent quality standards.
Cost Management & Effectiveness Evaluation
- Prepare and control the training budget.
- Measure effectiveness using models such as ROI and feedback.
- Analyze data, prepare reports, and propose improvements.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with at least 7 years of experience in Training & Development (minimum 3 years in an equivalent role).
- Proficient in English communication; strong understanding of competency models and modern training trends.
- Strong capability in designing and developing engaging, visual training materials and converting them into E-learning formats; able to directly facilitate soft skills, management, and leadership programs with excellent presentation and inspirational delivery.
- Proven ability to analyze needs and develop training plans and processes aligned with the company's business strategy; continuously update advanced training methodologies to innovate programs.
- Experience in building, coaching, and managing internal trainer teams, including Train-the-Trainer capability.
- Strong skills in planning, controlling, and optimizing training budgets; proficient in using models to measure, analyze data, and evaluate training effectiveness.
