Job Description

OBJECTIVES

The role is responsible for supporting the implementation and scaling of learning and development initiatives across the Coteccons Group. This position focuses on implementing technical and leadership training, expanding young talent programs, and building a structured training data system to support workforce capability development in line with business growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Technical Training Implementation

  • Partner with Project teams and functional stakeholders to understand organizational needs and coordinate technical training programs (construction, MEP, HSE, cost control, project finance, etc.).
  • Coordinate onboarding activities and site tours to support early integration and practical learning for new hires.
  • Manage and leverage e-learning and LMS to systemize, track, and monitor technical training delivery and participation across projects and functions.

Leadership & Talent Development

  • Support the rollout and expansion of Young Talent programs across Vietnam and global assignments.
  • Support talent and successor identification by collecting data, analyzing development needs, and coordinating development plans.
  • Coordinate leadership and management skills training programs for Project Directors (PDs), Project Managers (PMs), and middle management levels, aligned with business priorities.

Training Data Collection & Analysis

  • Build, maintain, and manage training data and learning records across programs and employee groups.
  • Analyze learning data to support workforce development planning and provide insights for HR and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure data accuracy and reporting to support decision-making at both project and organizational levels.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Education or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, a construction background is not required.
  • Hands-on experience with large, complex datasets is an advantage.
  • Strong planning and program coordination skills.
  • Strong in number and analytical skills.
  • Strong English proficiency and an AI practitioner.
