Job Description

  • Working location: 338 Nguyen Trong Tuyen, Tan Son Hoa Ward, HCMC
  • Working time: Mon - Sat morning
  • Company information: A leading importer and distributor of raw materials for the pharmaceutical, food, functional food, and cosmetics industries

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Training Needs Analysis & Planning
  • Analyze training needs and develop annual training & workforce development plans
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to design and implement succession development programs
  • Work with department heads to build competency frameworks and training curricula
Training Implementation
  • Implement and monitor training programs based on approved plans and competency frameworks
  • Organize onboarding training programs for new hires and annual re-onboarding programs for existing employees
  • Develop, update, and adjust training matrix in line with organizational requirements
Training Partners & E-learning Management
  • Manage and develop relationships with internal and external training partners
  • Develop E-learning channels and guide employees on self-learning via E-learning platforms
  • Update and apply new technologies and software to improve training effectiveness
Training Evaluation & Reporting
  • Build and continuously improve post-training evaluation and measurement systems
  • Prepare periodic training reports and submit to the HR Director
Training Policies & Governance
  • Develop, compile, implement, and monitor company training policies
  • Participate in reviewing and evaluating training policy implementation across departments

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or related fields
  • Preferred: professional certifications or advanced training in L&D or HR development
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in trading/commercial companies
  • Experience using training management platforms or HR software
  • Strong ability in training needs analysis and competency identification
  • Experience designing and delivering training programs in sales skills, soft skills, and professional skills
  • Good at English communication skills
