We are seeking a
Learning & Development (L&D) Manager to lead the strategic design, development, and implementation of impactful learning programs across all Vietnam Operations affiliates. This role is pivotal in fostering a culture of continuous learning and development that aligns with organizational goals and empowers our workforce.
What You'll Do
- Needs Assessment & Strategy: Identify learning needs and create strategies tailored to Vietnam Operations.
- Program Design & Development: Develop culturally relevant programs using proven instructional design methodologies.
- Implementation & Facilitation: Deliver engaging training sessions and oversee program rollout across multiple locations.
- Vendor Management: Select and manage external training partners.
- Evaluation & Measurement: Track program effectiveness and ensure measurable impact.
- Learning Technologies: Manage LMS and leverage technology for scalable learning solutions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HRBPs, business leaders, and Ashley L&D team.
- Budget Management: Optimize resources for maximum ROI.
- Compliance & Localization: Ensure programs meet Vietnamese labor laws and cultural nuances.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 710 years of progressive L&D experience, ideally within Vietnam or Southeast Asia.
- Expertise in instructional design (ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles.
- Strong LMS administration skills.
- Excellent bilingual communication (English & Vietnamese).
- Proven project management across multiple sites.
- Experience in manufacturing environments is a plus.
