Learning & Development

  • Conduct full cycle of training for soft skills & leadership: TNA, design, development, implementation, follow up & evaluation
  • Facilitate other operational training: orientation, safety training, compliance training
  • Manage talent development initiatives: critical positions, talent profiles, talent development journey
  • Explore diverse learning solutions to consult HRBP and Departments on enhancing people capabilities
  • Make relevant L&D reports to Management and DIL/DIT

Organizational Design

  • Manage position setup and updates in SAP
  • Support relevant organization design reports to Management and DIL/DIT

Other Tasks As Assigned

Yu cu cng vic

  • University degree.
  • At least 3 years experience in designing and delivering multiple training events in a corporate setting.
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques
  • Experience as a trainer/facilitator is an advantage.
  • Good at presentation skills.
  • Good at PC skills (MS Windows, MS Office, etc.).
  • Experience in SAP-LMS is a plus.
  • Good communication in English (both verbal and written).
  • Able to work independently and under high pressure.
