Assist with Designing and Implementing Training Programs
- Develop and implement effective training programs.
- Ensure staff members are equipped with necessary knowledge and skills.
- Evaluate and continuously improve training programs.
- Create professional and accessible training materials.
Conduct On-the-Job Training for Front Office Department
- Provide hands-on training and coaching to the front office team.
- Focus on both technical skills and soft skills.
- Ensure excellent guest service delivery.
- Monitor and support knowledge application in practice.
Training plan at pre-opening property launches
- Support new hotel openings at different locations.
- Build and train front office teams from the ground up.
- Ensure consistency in service quality.
- Transmit brand culture and standards.
System & training tracking
- Implement and manage simple tools or an LMS (if applicable) to track training completion and compliance.
- Maintain up-to-date training records, schedules, and SOP libraries.
Engage & Support stakeholders
- Act as a partner to operations leaders - advising on team development, coaching practices, and service training.
- Observe and assess employee performance after training to identify career development opportunities or determine appropriate termination actions.
- Create a friendly, healthy, and collaborative environment among colleagues in alignment with M Village's culture.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Front Office Supervisor or Duty Manager in the hotel industry.
- Have experience in training and coaching staff in this major.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel to different locations across Vietnam.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, mu o to.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, positive attitude with a focus on growth and continuous improvement.
