Role Description:
1. LEAN activities:
- Mapping of value stream section (including actual stocks, cycle times, OEE, etc.)
- Draw section VSM / VSD, Bubble diagram (incl. lead time calc.) in Visio.
- Update KPI Tree.
- Update system CIP, Value stream design projects list status monthly.
- Weekly/ Monthly system CIP review meeting.
2. Leading continuous improvement project:
- Leading continuous improvement project.
- Training, Coaching, Implementation of Lean Elements and new standards in the area for Operators, Team Leader (5S, Visualization standards, Standardized work, Quick change-over, etc.).
- Coordinate Lean activities in the area and derive improvement activities.
3. Others:
- Coordinate/ Implement process confirmation together with shop-floor Leaders based on requirement of Lean assessment.
- Other tasks assigned by Plant Director.
Qualifications:
- At least 01 year of experience in production environment.
- Understanding the process management & saving cost concepts.
- Highly capable of identifying problems and problems solving.
- Lean Six Sigma certificate (Green belt or Yellow belt) is a plus.
