We are looking for an experienced Lead User Acquisition & Growth to own and scale our player acquisition strategy across our mobile game portfolio.


Responsibilities



  • Own the end-to-end user acquisition strategy for casual and hybrid casual mobile games.

  • Manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across platforms including Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Unity Ads, AppLovin, and other performance channels.

  • Develop scalable growth strategies to maximize ROAS, LTV, retention, and profitability.

  • Analyze campaign performance, player cohorts, attribution data, and funnel metrics to identify optimization opportunities.

  • Partner closely with Product, Game Design, Creative, and Analytics teams to improve game performance and monetization.

  • Lead creative testing initiatives, including ad concepts, playable ads, video creatives, and A/B testing frameworks.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging UA channels.

  • Build forecasting models, budget allocation frameworks, and performance reporting systems.

  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing UA and Growth team.


Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in User Acquisition, Growth Marketing, or Performance Marketing within mobile gaming.

  • Proven experience scaling mobile game user acquisition budgets successfully.

  • Deep expertise in mobile attribution platforms such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular.

  • Strong understanding of KPIs including CPI, CAC, ROAS, LTV, ARPU, retention, and payback periods.

  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Unity Ads, AppLovin, and DSP platforms.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with BI tools and data visualization platforms.

  • Experience collaborating with creative teams to produce high-performing ad creatives.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to operate in fast-paced startup environments with high ownership.

  • Experience launching and scaling casual or hybrid casual mobile games globally.

  • Experience with live operations, monetization optimization, and game economy analysis.

  • Knowledge of AI-powered marketing automation and creative generation tools.

  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar annual advertising budgets.
