Masan is building a centralized technology platform to power digital transformation across retail, FMCG, and consumer ecosystems. We are looking for a UI/UX Lead to own and drive the design system across multiple tech transformation projects.
This role will define the design foundation for all digital products, including consumer apps, internal platforms, and e-commerce solutions. You will establish design guidelines, scalable components, and consistent user experiences across Masan's ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead the end-to-end design system across Masan's tech transformation projects.
- Define design principles, UI standards, and design guidelines for all products.
- Build and maintain a scalable component library for web and mobile applications.
- Ensure consistency across consumer apps, internal systems, and e-commerce platforms.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams across subsidiaries.
- Establish design governance, documentation, and best practices.
- Improve design-to-development workflows to increase delivery speed and quality.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and continuous experience improvements.
- Mentor designers and promote a strong, consistent design culture.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design.
- Proven experience building and owning design systems for applications.
- Experience designing mobile apps and/or e-commerce platforms.
- Strong experience in defining design guidelines, standards, and component libraries.
- Solid portfolio demonstrating design system and product design work.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams with Product and Engineering.
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma (components, variants, tokens, auto-layout).

- Experience in Retail, FMCG, or large-scale consumer platforms.
- Experience in multi-product or enterprise environments.
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies and design tokens.
