2. Xy dng plan lm Creative :
-Phi hp nhm Creative: Lm vic cht ch vi nhm Creative pht trin v nh gi qung co Creative , ti u ha cc ch s hiu sut (CTR, CVR, CPI)
-A/B testing: Xy dng chin lc th nghim ton din v hng dn nhm Creativecho cc chin dch a nn tng
-Ti u ha nn tng: Ti u ha ni dung Creativecho tng c th nn tng (video dc cho TikTok, Facebook, Playable Ads trn Google v.v.)
-i mi & xu hng: Nghin cu xu hng Creativemi t i th cnh tranh v th trng quc t, pht trin chin lc ni dung do ngi dng to ra
3. Xy dng plan v budget cho Campaign:
-Lp k hoch chin lc: Lp k hoch thu ht ngi dng chi tit theo tng th trng, vng i game v c hi theo ma
-Phn b ngn sch: xut v trnh by k hoch thu ht ngi dng ton din (ngn sch, thi gian, ch tiu mc tiu) ln ban lnh o
-Qun l ri ro: Xy dng k hoch d phng v chin lc gim thiu ri ro
