Job Summary
The role is responsible for serving as the company's leading technical authority for crop protection and fertilizer products. This position provides advanced agronomic support to distributors, large-scale farms, and agricultural enterprises, while driving product adoption through field trials, training, and close collaboration with commercial teams. The role also supports regulatory activities and contributes to strategic portfolio development based on market and field insights.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a technically strong agronomy professional with extensive hands-on field experience in crop protection and fertilizers in Vietnam. They possess a leadership mindset, strategic thinking capability, and the ability to influence both technical and commercial stakeholders. The candidate is proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in both field and regional environments.
Job Responsibilities
Serve as the primary technical expert for our portfolio of crop protection and fertilizer products, providing advanced agronomic support to key distributors, large-scale farms, and agricultural enterprises.
Design, execute, and analyze field trials and demonstration plots to generate compelling technical data.
Develop and lead advanced training programs for internal teams, customers, and key farmers on company products.
Collaborate closely with regional sales and marketing to develop technical-commercial strategies that drive market penetration and growth.
Supervise the regulatory & registration activities
Provide strategic recommendations for portfolio expansion based on field insights and market needs.
