What you will do:
• Partnership Management: Lead and manage partnerships from start to finish. Conduct commercial negotiations with deal closures. Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to maximize long-term business value and platform adoption.
• Project Delivery: Coordinate with Product, Operations, and relevant internal stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and timely project delivery.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify Merchant needs, pain points, and business opportunities. Collaborate with Product teams to translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Reporting and Review: Prepare comprehensive reports and conduct regular business reviews to assess partnership performance and alignment with strategic goals.
What you will need:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields;
• At least 5 years of experience in Strategic Partnerships, Global Strategy, or Business Intelligence roles;
• Experience working with product or platform-based businesses, and familiarity with MiniApps, digital ecosystems, fintech, or super apps is a plus;
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, especially with enterprise or large merchant partners;
• Strong understanding of business, strategy, finance, and legal principles is highly preferred;
• Professional appearance and excellent command of English (both spoken and written).
