Job Description
- Location: 21/4 Nguyen Thi Huynh, Phu Nhuan Ward, HCMC
- Working hours: 9a.m 6p.m Mon-Fri
- Department: Software Development Department
Responsibilities
For All Levels:
- Maintain existing Golang based microservices and develop new backend service on the platform.
- Design and implement features used across the platform to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Enforce coding standards and performing code reviews to maintain a clean, maintainable codebase.
- Implement automated testing to ensure reliability and early bug detection.
- Utilize design patterns and best practices in system reliability, including resiliency, autoscaling, monitoring, and alerting.
- Identify and resolve complex technical challenges across software and infrastructure, continuously improving performance and scalability.
Additional for Lead Developers:
- Lead, guide and support a team to complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Perform research and development to evaluate emerging technologies and their potential to optimize the platform.
- Responsible for business requirement gathering and analysis.
- Design, develop, test and implement applications.
- Identify and solve complex problems using all available methods and resources.
- Perform complex data processing and analysis regularly to provide informative report for decision making.
Qualifications & Skills
- Good ENGLISH communication skills are required to work with international team.
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in backend development; Golang preferred, but strong C# experience with willingness to learn Golang considered.
- Solid understanding of software architecture, algorithms, and database fundamentals.
- Strong problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and ability to work in a team.
For Senior & Lead Developers:
- 4+ years of backend development experience.
- Hands-on experience with microservices architecture, distributed systems, and advanced design patterns.
- Proven track record in automated testing, code review, and performance optimization.
