Lead Software Engineer

Job Description

• Propose architectural solutions that meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Guide the team on system architecture, technical solutions, and implementation approaches.
• Review code, provide technical consultation, and support team members throughout development.
• Take ownership of resolving complex issues or technical challenges arising during the development process.

Requirements

• Strong experience and deep understanding of at least one of the following programming languages: Node.js and Java/.NET.
• Experience with Flutter or ReactJS is a strong advantage.
• Broad knowledge of various frameworks and the ability to select and apply the right framework to solve specific business problems.
• Experience in system integration.
• Solid understanding of software design patterns and the ability to apply them effectively to improve system quality and reliability.
• Ability to write clear, structured, and logical technical documentation.
• Strong logical thinking, algorithmic skills, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proactive in researching and learning new technologies or industry trends; ability to incorporate new tech into proposed solutions.
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English.
