  • Architect multi-modal data ingestion pipelines (batch, real-time streaming, event-based).
  • Build out a localized LLM (SLM) strategy and develop a multi-agent AI architecture using knowledge graphs and unified ontologies.
  • Design ODS logical data models, star/snowflake schemas, and scalable data foundations to support decisioning and knowledge capture.
  • Apply entity resolution frameworks without unnecessary data movement (process-in-place).
  • Promote Shift Left principlesdata quality, governance, and lineage built directly into the foundation.
  • Architect real-time, near-real-time, and batch systems using Databricks, Snowflake, GCP, PySpark, Scala, Python, SQL, and GPU/compute-aware design.
  • Set up and operationalize LLMOps, MLOps, and full lifecycle monitoring for AI/ML models.
  • Build profiling layers for sub-millisecond fraud detection and deeper investigative analytics.
  • Integrate with external systems such as sanctions, ID&V, biometric and authentication tools.
  • Work cross-functionally with Data Science, Product, Compliance, and Operations teams.

What You Need

  • 1015 years of experience in Financial Services, e-commerce, or similarly high-volume risk environments.
  • Proven experience as a Lead Risk Architect designing multi-country or global systems.
  • Hands-on expertise with modern data platforms: Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, Cloudera, or similar.
  • Strong experience with Spark, Python, PySpark, PostgreSQL, Databricks SQL, AWS/GCP, and secure coding principles.
  • Deep knowledge of structured & unstructured data formats (Delta, Parquet, Iceberg, JSON, XML, etc.).
  • Real-time streaming experience (Kafka, MQ, Spark Structured Streaming).
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, git, and Atlassian tools.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across distributed teams.

Nice to Have

  • Certifications in Databricks, Snowflake, GCP Data Engineering, GenAI, or Architecture.
  • Experience with Agentic AI, MLFlow, evaluation frameworks, prompt engineering, and RAG.
  • Experience with entity resolution technologies (Quantexa, Senzing, or open-source tools).
  • Background in regulatory model validation or AI model governance.

Why Join

  • Help solve real-world financial crime challenges at global scale.
  • Work with cutting-edge data and AI tech, including Agentic AI + modern ML.
  • Flexible hybrid working environment across multiple countries.
  • Competitive compensation, bonuses, and strong learning support.
