Job Description

At JAC Vietnam, we're continuing to grow and are looking for an experienced Lead or Managerial-level Recruitment Consultant to join our Industrial team in Hanoi. We are open to senior-level candidates have the potential to transit into leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Developing new business relationships with multinational clients
• Consulting hiring managers on the recruitment process and their hiring needs
• Sourcing and matching the best possible talent available in the market
• Managing and negotiating the offer process between clients and candidates
• Networking across your industry of expertise to build solid market knowledge
• Mentoring and managing more junior consultants

Requirements:

• 4+ years of work experience in recruitment
• Manufacturing/Industrial recruitment experience
• Professional mindset and motivation for the recruiting business
• Passionate about own career and growth prospects
• Excellent people skills

Nice to have:

• Leadership/mentoring experience
