Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the recruitment team; develop recruitment strategies to meet company growth.
  • Oversee full recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a Talent Pipeline for hard-to-fill IT positions.
  • Enhance employer branding through social media and internal engagement activities.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics; suggest process improvements.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in management.
  • Strong understanding of IT labor market and technical roles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Proactive, responsible, flexible, and team-oriented.
