Overview

We're looking for a Recruiter Lead to drive hiring strategy and lead end-to-end recruitment for a growing engineering organization. This role combines hands-on recruiting with team leadership, playing a key part in scaling high-quality tech teams and building a strong Talent Acquisition function.

What You'll Do

  • Lead hiring for key tech roles: Backend, Frontend, Fullstack, QA, DevOps, Product/Tech Leads
  • Manage and mentor recruiters, improving team performance and capability
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership on workforce planning and hiring strategy
  • Drive proactive sourcing strategies to attract top tech talent (including passive candidates)
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle and ensure a strong candidate experience
  • Use market data and insights to advise on hiring decisions and salary benchmarks
  • Improve recruitment processes, tools, and metrics for better efficiency and quality
  • Strengthen employer branding to attract and engage top candidates

What We're Looking For

  • 6–10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, focused on tech hiring
  • Experience leading or mentoring recruiters / small teams
  • Proven success hiring for software engineering roles in fast-paced environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Hands-on sourcing skills with the ability to engage passive candidates
  • Good understanding of the tech hiring landscape (product/e-commerce is a plus)
  • Data-driven approach to recruitment
  • Fluent English
