Overview
We're looking for a Recruiter Lead to drive hiring strategy and lead end-to-end recruitment for a growing engineering organization. This role combines hands-on recruiting with team leadership, playing a key part in scaling high-quality tech teams and building a strong Talent Acquisition function.
What You'll Do
- Lead hiring for key tech roles: Backend, Frontend, Fullstack, QA, DevOps, Product/Tech Leads
- Manage and mentor recruiters, improving team performance and capability
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership on workforce planning and hiring strategy
- Drive proactive sourcing strategies to attract top tech talent (including passive candidates)
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle and ensure a strong candidate experience
- Use market data and insights to advise on hiring decisions and salary benchmarks
- Improve recruitment processes, tools, and metrics for better efficiency and quality
- Strengthen employer branding to attract and engage top candidates
What We're Looking For
- 6–10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, focused on tech hiring
- Experience leading or mentoring recruiters / small teams
- Proven success hiring for software engineering roles in fast-paced environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Hands-on sourcing skills with the ability to engage passive candidates
- Good understanding of the tech hiring landscape (product/e-commerce is a plus)
- Data-driven approach to recruitment
- Fluent English
