Role Description

Step into the key role of Remote Quality Engineer Lead where you'll be the go-to person for building the next-level automation setups for our healthcare projects that are really changing things. As our tech whiz, you'll mastermind smart ways to test our software, making sure it's not just good, but top-notch in this super important healthcare world. Bonus points if you're into GenAI and can bring some of that magic to our testing!

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and implementation of automation frameworks.
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.
• Solve complex automation challenges and optimize testing strategies.
• Explore and champion new testing technologies, potentially including Generative AI.
• Contribute directly to automation efforts through code.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to QE team in automation.
• Other assigned tasks by Managers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years deep technical QA experience, strong focus on building automation frameworks.
• Expert proficiency in automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc).
• Strong programming skills (Java, Python, JavaScript, etc).
• In-depth understanding of testing principles and CI/CD.
• Proficient in English communication, with a strong track record of effective collaboration with US-based clients.
• Proven ability to technically guide and mentor members.
• Efficiency in remote work.
• Experience applying Generative AI to enhance testing.
