Roles and Responsibilities
- Strong management of the quality management system (QMS) and ISO standards compliance
- Development, implementation, and control of quality-related documents, procedures, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for ISO audit teams and customers regarding quality matters
- Conduct regular floor audits to ensure adherence to QMS and ISO requirements
- Manage customer feedback and coordinate timely responses from the QA team
- Lead the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues
- Provide training and guidance to the QA team to enhance their skills and capabilities
- Maintain accurate quality records and generate reports for management review.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a lead or supervisory role in production quality assurance
- Thorough understanding of QMS, ISO standards, and quality management best practices
- Proficient in root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and quality control tools
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
