Job Summary:
The IT Manager is responsible for the strategic planning and leadership of IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability and the seamless daily operation of all local IT services. This role requires close, continuous collaboration with Corporate IT to ensure that all infrastructure initiatives align with corporate goals and the broader organizational mission. The incumbent oversees the implementation of all technical solutions in strict adherence to global IT standards, guaranteeing that local operations remain resilient, secure, and fully compliant with global technical designs.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between the local site and Corporate IT; foster continuous collaboration to ensure local operational requirements are addressed while maintaining strict adherence to global IT governance and policies
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end implementation of IT physical infrastructure for the new facility, ensuring all tasks are deployed on time and meet organizational standards.
- Drive the strategic planning and deployment of local IT infrastructure, ensuring all roadmaps are fully synchronized with Corporate IT objectives and the facility's business growth.
- Ensure the high availability and seamless daily operation of all local IT services. Guarantee that all IT services consistently meet established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Manage day-to-day IT operations in accordance with corporate SOPs and technology standards. Provide effective leadership and guidance to the local IT staff.
- Oversee the timely resolution of technical issues and ensure all solutions are comprehensively documented for future reference and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in IT operations, with a strong background in manufacturing environments and deep familiarity with local IT regulations and standards.
- Experienced in Project Management with problem-solving and strong analytical skills
- Possessing IT System and Network knowledge is a Must
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different levels of the organization.
