Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Coordination

  • Lead and coordinate daily QC activities across multiple game projects.
  • Mentor and support junior and mid-level QC engineers, providing guidance on testing methodologies and best practices.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the QC Manager and the QC team for planning and execution.

Testing & Execution

  • Oversee the creation, review, and execution of test plans, test cases, and bug reports.
  • Validate bug fixes and re-test to confirm resolution.
  • Maintain consistency in bug tracking and reporting processes using tools such as Jira/TestRail.

Process & Quality Improvement

  • Monitor test progress and report quality metrics to the QC Manager.
  • Identify gaps or risks in testing coverage and propose improvements.
  • Support integration of automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines when applicable.
  • Contribute to building and maintaining a quality-first mindset across the development lifecycle.
Required Qualifications:

Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in QA/QC, with at least 12 years in a leadership or senior role.
  • Strong knowledge of game testing methodologies, defect lifecycle management, and quality processes.
  • Proficiency with test and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD systems (e.g., Jenkins) and collaborative agile workflows.

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
