Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Coordination
- Lead and coordinate daily QC activities across multiple game projects.
- Mentor and support junior and mid-level QC engineers, providing guidance on testing methodologies and best practices.
- Act as the main point of contact between the QC Manager and the QC team for planning and execution.
Testing & Execution
- Oversee the creation, review, and execution of test plans, test cases, and bug reports.
- Validate bug fixes and re-test to confirm resolution.
- Maintain consistency in bug tracking and reporting processes using tools such as Jira/TestRail.
Process & Quality Improvement
- Monitor test progress and report quality metrics to the QC Manager.
- Identify gaps or risks in testing coverage and propose improvements.
- Support integration of automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines when applicable.
- Contribute to building and maintaining a quality-first mindset across the development lifecycle.
Required Qualifications:
Experience & Skills
- 5+ years of experience in QA/QC, with at least 12 years in a leadership or senior role.
- Strong knowledge of game testing methodologies, defect lifecycle management, and quality processes.
- Proficiency with test and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
- Familiarity with CI/CD systems (e.g., Jenkins) and collaborative agile workflows.
