Interviewing Process: 1st round for Interview Technical Test

You will work as a Lead Java Developer to join our projects for Japanese clients/other countries.

Read and understand technical specification and conduct the implementation

Clarify requirements from clients

Perform unit testing to ensure the system run correctly with design documents

Investigate the issue and give the optimized solution

Review source code and design documents

Workflow improvement and execution

Willing to work as Team Leader and conduct training members

Required Skills and Experience:

Key Qualifications:

Have 5+ years working as Java Developer (web)

Have experience in Version-up Project (3 times or above), Team Leader/member Mentors

Proficient in Java (Springboot), Linux, Tomcat, Apache HTTP Server

Experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript

Have a good skill of problem-solving

Have experience work in Agile/Scrum process

Strong skills in team leadership and client relationship (plus point) Bonus Points:

Experience and can be working with several projects

Move forward without being afraid of challenges.
