Provide comprehensive HR partnership including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, compliance, data management, and policy implementation. Address complex, high-risk employee relations issues, and lead HR projects. This role is a key partner to leadership within a function, driving HR strategy including Talent Management, Total Rewards, Diversity and Inclusion, and Employee Engagement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Partner with functional areas to develop longer term Talent strategies to meet business needs. Interface with global teams.
- Handle intricate employee relations cases, utilizing expertise in policies, regulations, and best practices
- Partner with leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that align with organizational goals
- Lead workforce planning efforts, collaborating with stakeholders to anticipate talent needs.
- Initiate and oversee HR projects that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
- Provide guidance and support to HR teams on complex legal issues
- Act as a subject matter expert on HR policies, employment law, and industry trends
- Analyze and interpret complex HR data to inform decision-making at the executive level. Main responsibilities % time

Qualifications
- Bachelors Human Resources Management required or Bachelors Related Field required
- 5 –7 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years serving in an HR Business Partner (HRBP) position.
- Equivalent combination of experience and education which clearly indicates the ability to perform the essential functions of the position may substitute on a year for year basis
- Able to use Microsoft Office Applications
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) - HRCI preferred or
- Certified Professional (CP) - SHRM preferred
- English level (CEFR) B2+ or equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with business partners.
