Job Description
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support for application code and services that your Agile Team builds.
- Design, build and manage continuous integration, build management and deployment scripts, systems, and any code as required.
- Participate in Agile software development, prototyping, and code review with international development teams to build scalable microservices-based products.
- Understand the requirements of the Product Owner and utilize this knowledge to develop applications that are consistent with this.
- Work with delivery teams to achieve success through development using CI/CD and DevOps practices, processes and tooling.
- Provide robust coding practices, solid unit and component test coverage, and code debugging.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience as a Java/Full Stack Engineer (Java + ReactJS), Senior Engineer, or Technical Lead.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java 8+, ReactJS.
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs, microservices, and BFF services.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills in distributed/microservices environments.
- Experience with AWS (preferred) or Azure cloud platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, AWS Lambda.
- Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, automated deployment, and developer tools.
- Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, jQuery, JSON, web security, and accessibility.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong coding standards with focus on clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong English communication skills in a global working environment.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in the Banking or Financial Services industry;
- Any additional certification or training in IT, Business, Computer Science, or related area.
