Essential Responsibilities
- Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure maximum uptime and minimal downtime.
- Manage and coordinate all maintenance activities in the factory, including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and repairs.
- Maintain and update equipment maintenance records to ensure accurate and timely data.
- Develop and manage maintenance budgets to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Coordinate with the production team to schedule maintenance activities to minimize disruption to production schedules.
- Lead the team to comply with job requirements, safety procedures, and internal regulations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with equipment suppliers and service providers.
- Develop and mentor maintenance team members to ensure high performance and career development.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of experience in maintenance management, equipment maintenance, and budget management.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficient in maintenance management software and tools.
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
