About Code Crush

Code Crush is a fast-growing software development company partnering with startups and large enterprises to build scalable, high-quality applications. Beyond client projects, we are expanding to develop our own internal products and provide technology consulting.

At CodeCrush, we combine creativity, innovation, and a client-centric mindset to deliver top-quality solutions.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and high-energy Lead Developer to join our middle management team. Working directly with the CEO, you will take the lead on high-impact client projects, building ultra-modern B2C SaaS products.

This is a player-coach role for a leader who thrives on momentum. You will be responsible for both hands-on high-level coding and driving a cross-functional team of 10 members (including Front-end, Back-end, Testers, BAs, and Designers). We need a leader who fights complacency, maintains a high-performance culture, and ensures that the team delivers impactful, visible progress every single day.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the full software development life cycle for client projects, bridging the gap between business requirements and high-velocity technical implementation.
  • Manage and mentor a diverse team of 10, instilling a sense of urgency and accountability to ensure daily tangible progress and eradicate a laidback attitude.
  • Act as the lead technical consultant in client meetings, proactively demonstrating daily wins and maintaining high levels of client trust through consistent delivery.
  • Design the architecture for scalable B2C SaaS platforms, ensuring they are robust, secure, and follow ultra-modern design and tech patterns.
  • Maintain a hands-on approach by coding critical features and performing rigorous code reviews to ensure excellence and speed.
  • Collaborate with the BA and Designer to ensure the product vision is technically feasible and executed with a focus on immediate impact.
  • Report directly to the CEO, providing transparent updates on team velocity, performance bottlenecks, and project milestones.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in software development with at least 2+ years in a leadership or management role.
  • Expert-level proficiency in modern web stacks (e.g., Node.js, React, Java/Spring, or similar) with a focus on SaaS architecture.
  • Perfect English communication skills. You must be able to lead meetings, negotiate technical scopes, and present progress to international clients with confidence.
  • High-Performance Mindset: A proven ability to drive teams toward daily goals, fostering a culture of proactive effort rather than passive task-taking.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional teams (FE, BE, QA, BA, UI/UX) in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Product Mindsetyou understand that we aren't just writing code, we are building a business for our clients and every day counts.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive executive-level salary package.
  • Work on ultra-modern B2C SaaS projects that push the boundaries of technology.
  • A key leadership position with a direct impact on the company's growth and culture.
  • 13th salary
  • High-end Macbook provided
  • 2k screen provided
  • 14 days of annual leave, public holidays, and full benefits under the Vietnamese Labor Code.
  • Full Social, Health, and Unemployment Insurance as required by law.
  • Flexible hybrid work culture (HCM-based) with work from home every Wednesday.
