Then this Lead Consultant role at Novobi is the perfect opportunity for you!
What will you do
● Collaborate with clients to analyze business requirements and translate them into tailored ERP (Odoo) solutions.
● Lead ERP discovery and implementation projects, from requirement gathering and system configuration to user adoption and support.
● Conduct analysis, document, and map client workflows, ensuring the system meets business needs and enhances operational efficiency.
● Provide strategic guidance on ERP best practices, process optimization, and integration planning.
● Manage project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and stakeholder communications to ensure success.
● Coordinate global cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
● Develop and implement change management strategies to support user adoption of the new system.
● Provide regular project status updates to executive management.
● Lead workshops and training sessions for clients key stakeholders and end users to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the ERP system.
● Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to clients post- implementation, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
● Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and team growth.

Qualifications
● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels in English.
● Ability to work collaboratively with global cross-functional teams.
● Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to solve complex problems independently.
● Detail-oriented, with strong project management and organizational skills.
● Good understanding of business processes across various industries and the ability to translate requirements into ERP solutions.
● Willingness to work at night to communicate with clients in the US several days a week.
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
● Has a proven track record of at least 3-5 years of experience managing business solution implementation projects.
