About the Opportunity
Our client is a Danish software product company specializing in BIM and CAD solutions
for the construction industry. Unlike traditional outsourcing companies, the company
develops and owns commercial software products used by architects, engineers,
contractors, and BIM professionals across Europe.
This is not a typical software development role.
We are looking for an experienced Lead BIM Software Engineer who is passionate about
building commercial software products and capable of taking ownership throughout the
entire software development lifecycle.
You will work directly with founders and product stakeholders to understand business
requirements, design technical solutions, develop software, support testing, and ensure
successful delivery to customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze product and business requirements, including technical documentation written in English.
- Clarify requirements and propose practical technical solutions.
- Design scalable, maintainable, and production-ready software architecture.
- Estimate development effort and project timelines.
- Develop and maintain Autodesk Revit Add-ins using C# and .NET.
- Write clean, maintainable, and high-quality production code.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Optimize software performance and user experience.
- Collaborate with QA engineers throughout testing, validation, and product release.
- Take end-to-end ownership of software features from concept through successful delivery.
- Work closely with founders and product stakeholders to deliver high-quality commercial software.
What Success Looks Like
Successful candidates will be expected to:
- Independently analyze business and technical requirements.
- Design robust and maintainable software solutions.
- Deliver production-ready software features.
- Collaborate effectively with founders, stakeholders, and QA engineers.
- Drive projects from concept to successful release with minimal supervision.
- Take ownership and accountability for software quality and delivery outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, MEP Engineering, Construction Engineering, or other BIM-related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Autodesk Revit.
- Minimum 2 years of experience developing Revit Add-ins using Revit API.
- Strong skills in C#, .NET, WPF, MVVM, Object-Oriented Design, and Git.
- Strong understanding of BIM workflows and construction industry practices.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of software projects.
- Able to read technical documentation and communicate in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AutoCAD API.
- Autodesk Platform Services (APS / Forge).
- ASP.NET Core and REST APIs.
- SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
- Experience developing commercial software products.
Compensation & Benefits
- Gross salary from VND 40,000,000/month to VND 75,000,000/month (negotiable based on experience).
- 13th-month salary.

Working Conditions

- Working Model: Hybrid.
- Working Hours: Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM-12:00 PM | 1:00 PM-5:30 PM.
- Expected Start Date: 1st August 2026.
