Role
Plays a critical leadership role in the planning, coordination, and delivery of BIM processes on projects.
Acts as a bridge between design, engineering, and construction teams, ensuring BIM execution aligns
with project goals, client requirements, and industry best practices.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Project Leadership & Coordination (30%)
BIM Leadership
- Lead BIM scope for one or more projects from early design through to as-built stages, coordinating multidisciplinary teams across architecture, structure, and MEP.
- Manage BIM deliverables in line with client BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and contract requirements.
- Conduct internal and external BIM coordination meetings and clash detection sessions using
- Navisworks, Solibri, or BIM Track.
- Facilitate model sharing, versioning, and data management in CDE platforms (Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, Dalux).
2. Technical BIM Execution & Delivery (40%)
Modelling & Quality Control
- Directly implement BIM models (Revit, Civil 3D, Allplan) for critical project elements; set up and manage project models throughout all phases.
- Complete BIM outputs including models, drawings, quantity sheets, and clash detection reports on time and in full compliance with QA/QC procedures and customer specifications.
- Oversee modelling quality and Level of Development (LOD) at each project phase.
- Develop and maintain BIM standards, templates, and workflows; conduct model audits for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
3. Training & Mentoring (15%)
Team Development
- Mentor and guide BIM engineers and modellers within the team.
- Support team members in resolving technical BIM issues.
- Provide internal training sessions to uplift team BIM capabilities.
4. Innovation & Process Improvement (15%)
Technology & Innovation

- Contribute to R&D and internal BIM tool development.
- Stay updated with BIM trends, ISO 19650 standards, and industry innovations.
Experience & Knowledge
- At least 3 years of experience in structural design or BIM engineering, including detailed design.
- Proficiency in Revit, Civil 3D, or Allplan.
- Experience with Navisworks, Solibri, or BIM Track for clash detection and coordination.
- Familiarity with CDE platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, or Dalux.
- Able to communicate and read technical documentation in English, Vietnamese, and German.
