Hospitality company is seeking a talented Landscape Supervisor / Designer to lead the design and execution of landscaping projects across a portfolio of boutique hotels and a unique greenhouse resort.
Work is on-site in KSA.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong design sensibility with hands-on site experience and has a genuine passion for plants, outdoor spaces, and creating beautiful guest environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead landscape projects from concept through completion across multiple hospitality properties.
- Develop planting plans, landscape layouts, and technical drawings.
- Select trees, plants, and materials that align with the property's aesthetic and environmental conditions.
- Supervise day-to-day landscaping activities and ensure high-quality execution on-site.
- Manage and guide landscaping teams and contractors.
- Monitor plant health and implement best practices for long-term landscape success.
- Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and project teams to create cohesive indoor and outdoor experiences.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and according to design standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in landscape design and site supervision.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating landscape design projects and plant composition.
- Excellent knowledge of trees, plants, irrigation systems, and landscape materials.
- Experience working with plants suitable for arid climates.
- Ability to read and produce technical landscape drawings.
- Experience managing site teams and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with ornamental plants, indoor landscaping, or greenhouse environments is a plus.
