JAC's client, an urban development company is looking for Landscape Design Manager position.

Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage landscape design throughout all project stages.
- Coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure quality, budget, and schedule targets.
- Review design documents for quality, cost-effectiveness, and constructability.
- Resolve design issues and support construction execution on site.
- Monitor construction quality and maintenance performance; propose improvements for long-term efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Urban Design, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in landscape design and design management.
- Strong knowledge of planting design, hardscape works, and landscape maintenance.
- Experience with residential, urban, or large-scale development projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office, and English communication.
