I. Job Description
- Receive and analyze project inputs, including site conditions, client requirements, and development orientation;
- Research, propose, and develop concept ideas for projects such as urban developments, architectural works, landscape, and planning;
- Establish overall design direction (design strategy), ensuring consistency across disciplines;
- Present ideas through design deliverables: concept sketches, diagrams, 2D drawings, 3D visualizations, and presentation materials;
- Develop and refine concept proposals within a team, coordinating with related disciplines (planning, architecture, landscape, etc.);
- Propose design solutions aligned with project requirements, technical standards, and feasibility;
- Participate in presentations and defend design proposals to clients and relevant authorities;
- Support design direction in subsequent stages to ensure consistent implementation of the concept.
II. Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, or Landscape Architecture;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position (experience in concept stage is preferred; strong portfolios will be considered flexibly);
- Strong creative thinking with the ability to develop clear, logical, and in-depth ideas;
- Solid interdisciplinary knowledge of planning, architecture, and landscape;
- Proficiency in relevant software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion, InDesign, etc.;
- Strong ability to visualize and communicate ideas (2D, 3D, diagrams, storytelling);
- Good presentation, communication, and teamwork skills;
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work under deadline pressure.
