Job Description
- Manage merchandise, inventory, and display according to standards.
- Oversee store operations, ensuring equipment and workplace safety.
- Monitor sales performance, execute promotions, and propose improvements.
- Prepare duty rosters, manage staff performance, and provide training.
- Ensure excellent customer service, handle complaints, and support membership programs.
- Comply with company policies and perform tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
- Education: Colleage or Technical School graduate
- Experience in store management lead team 05 07 members or above.
- 1-2 years of Retail experience (Working in fashion or related industry is a plus)
- Good communication, problem solving and leadership skills
- Customer focused
- Self-disciplined with ability to work independently
- Good presentation and sales skill
- Computer literate (Word, Excel & Powerpoint) Ability to communicate in English (verbal & written).
- Be able to work at shift & on Public holidays
- Have ability to relocate to other Stores as per Company's assignment is a plus
