Job Description
Location: Cat Lai Ward Ho Chi Minh City
What you will do:
- Support the coordination of testing projects, from receiving customer requests to issuing final reports related to Lab-Testing/ TIC Industry.
- Review laboratory reports for accuracy and completeness before sharing them with customers.
- Communicate with customers and internal teams to provide project updates and follow up on report revisions when needed.
- Prepare quotations, process service requests, and maintain project records.
- Deliver professional customer support while ensuring projects are completed on time.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or other related Science disciplines.
- Around 0-1 years of experience in Lab-Testing or TIC Industry
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working with documents and reports.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Positive attitude, willing to learn, and able to work independently as well as in a team
