About The Role
We are looking for a hands-on Lab Technician to support material testing and daily lab operations in Vietnam.
This role focuses on preparing samples, performing basic tests, and supporting trial runs and early production.
You will also work closely with the production team to help check samples and support quick issue solving during ramp-up.
Role Responsibilities
- Prepare materials and samples for testing
- Perform basic tests and record results clearly
- Collect samples from production lines when required
- Support trial runs for new materials and products
- Work closely with engineering and production teams
- Provide quick feedback if issues are found
- Maintain lab equipment, samples, and records
- Follow safety and quality standards
What you'll need:
- Diploma or technical training in chemistry, materials, engineering, or related fields
- 2 years of experience in lab work, testing, or manufacturing is preferred
- Experience with plastics, EVA, foam, or footwear materials is an advantage
- Basic understanding of lab work and testing processes
- Careful, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
