Lab Assistant Manager/ Lab Manager (EHS/QSA/5S, ISO for Lab Department)

Position Summary:

Support Lab Sr manager for VN Lab management, Coordinating/ Communicating with TTI PRC CPT Reliability Lab and Testing requestors /testing related Dept. for any test lab related jobs. Leading and support for each own team admin work.

Key Responsibilities:

Lab audit and improvement team. (EHS/QSA/5S related, ISO system establishment, improve and upgrade etc.)

Leading and follow up all EHS, firefighting related jobs related to Lab.

Leading all company and dept. 5S related Work /Audit/ Improvement.

Leading and follow up QSA audit from customer or any management system (ISO9001/14001 etc.). Leading to establish Lab own ISO system.

Leading and follow up to all Lab new Capability/Capacity project.

Leading Investigation/Evaluation for lab existing operation and process and make proposals for further improvement and upgrading, follow up all actions to close.

Cooperate with Lab testing operation team. & Lab testing support team for any other assigned special task or project.

Person Specifications

• Bachelor or above
• Full knowledge on ISO system, especially ISO9001 and ISO17025. Better with experience on system establishment and with internal auditor certificate.
• Good understanding on system/process, with constructive thinking on operation process improvement.
• Good cooperation. Active working attitudes for whatever assigned operation or learning new knowledge.
• With full knowledge or experience on EHS/QSA/5S field.
• With experience on equipment team management, troubleshooting, fixture design, QA/REL/REG testing set up etc.
• With other skills/experiences on WH /FAI/calibration team will be for reference and to be reviewed case by case.
• 5 years managerial experience in Quality /Engineering/Reliability related field. (Reliability laboratory related will be preferred)
• Basic knowledge of electrical or mechanical engineering is required. (Deep knowledge on this will be preferred)
• Good English, Chinese (Well skills in Chinese will be preferred)
• Good skills in problem solving.
• Strong understanding ability, clear logistic thinking, fast reaction
• Good communication, leading and interpersonal skills
• Fully understand test laboratory operation and international standard will be preferred.
• Accept to work under high pressure.
