Job Description

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Deep analysis and functional understanding of Sales Systems including DMS, SFA, SAP, MS Power Platform/Automate/Apps, and other internal customized systems.
  • Support change requests and enhancements.
  • Review functional specifications and change request documents.
  • Support and coordinate UAT activities.
  • Define acceptance criteria for Sales features.
  • Analyze defects and determine root causes.
  • Classify and manage issues in ticketing systems (defect, change request, tickets).
  • Coordinate with development and solution teams such as PACE, Vxceed, SAP, and NCS, and participate in necessary meetings.
  • Provide evidence and drive resolutions.
  • Support pilot and rollout phases for Sales deployments.
  • Validate system readiness before production rollout.
  • Coordinate and manage L2 tickets in Ticket Management System to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA) are met.

ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in application L2 support or business systems analysis, preferably in Sales, CRM, or ERP environments.
  • Strong functional understanding of sales processes: order management, distributor operations, sales workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar) and incident/change management processes; ITIL is a plus.
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis and collaborate with development teams to resolve defects.
  • Experience in UAT coordination, test case review, and defining acceptance criteria.
  • Good understanding of integrations with systems such as SAP or other enterprise platforms.
  • Good command of English.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with business users, vendors, and technical teams.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills; able to handle multiple issues and priorities under SLA pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage deadlines.
  • Good analytical and critical thinking skills.
