Job Description

We're expanding our technical team in Vietnam and looking for a skilled Level 2 IT Support Specialist to join our local office. If you're passionate about solving real problems, keeping systems stable, and working with modern tools in a truly international environment this role is for you. As part of our global operations, you'll work closely with Level 1 and Level 3 teams, ensuring smooth system performance, efficient incident management, and high-quality service delivery.

Your future role

  • Handle known, repetitive, and specialized technical tasks, perform root cause analysis and execute low-risk data/configuration changes with L3 consultation or escalate.
  • Audit L1 tasks and provide guidance to improve processes, automate routine tasks using PowerShell, Bash or similar scripting tools.
  • Deploy application fixes and perform maintenance activities and Support sprint deployments, including rollbacks if needed.
  • Handle patches, security updates, and support backup/DR operations.
  • Monitor applications and analyze logs using Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, Loki.
  • Ensure proactive detection of issues through dedicated monitoring.
  • Participate in rotating 24/7 on-call schedule for critical incidents.

These are essential for succeeding in the role:

  • Monitoring & Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, Loki.
  • Infrastructure & Deployment: Kubernetes, Git, GitLab CI/CD.
  • Networking & Load Balancing: Ingress, Kong.
  • Scripting & Troubleshooting: Basic Linux/Windows commands, ability to automate tasks.
  • Database Knowledge: Practical SQL skills (queries, troubleshooting, basic optimization).
  • Flexible and adaptable in dynamic environments.
  • Able to stay calm and effective under pressure.
  • Fluent in English (spoken & written).
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Detail-oriented and thorough.
  • Responsible and accountable for outcomes.
  • Ready to work on 24/7 on-call rotations.
