Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Competency Framework & Career Development:

  • Collaborate with the Internal Training team and cross-functional departments to develop competency frameworks and career development pathways aligned with organizational goals.
  • Support the design and implementation of talent development initiatives that enhance employee capability and career growth.

2. Learning Program Design & Implementation

  • Design and develop learning and development programs based on competency frameworks and career progression plans, including:
  • Internal training programs such as onboarding, mandatory compliance training, functional training, and soft skills development.
  • Learning initiatives that encourage employee self-development and continuous learning.
  • Ensure training content and delivery methods effectively support business and people development objectives.

3. Training Coordination & Program Management

  • Coordinate and manage training activities, including scheduling, classroom organization, venue arrangements, and logistics.
  • Maintain effective partnerships with external training providers and consultants.
  • Collaborate with the Employer Branding (EB) team and relevant stakeholders to ensure successful training program execution.

4. Training Evaluation & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify organizational learning needs and participate in assessing training effectiveness to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze learning data, prepare training reports, and recommend improvement initiatives based on evaluation results and performance outcomes.
  • Monitor and continuously enhance the quality and effectiveness of learning programs.

5. Support Learning Strategy Execution

  • Design and adapt blended learning solutions to meet diverse learning needs across the organization.
  • Work closely with HR technology providers and internal stakeholders to implement and optimize Learning Management Systems (LMS), E-learning platforms, and learning content development tools.
  • Support the implementation of learning and development projects aligned with the company's HR strategy, vision, and core values.

6. Other Responsibilities

Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the Department Manager.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a Learning & Development, Training, or equivalent role.
  • Prior experience in the service, hospitality, retail, or F&B industry is highly preferred.

Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Other Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of competency frameworks, career development pathways, and learning program design, particularly in soft skills and leadership development.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and coordinate medium-to-large-scale learning projects.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvement initiatives.
