Role Description
To transform McDonald's Vietnam L&D by modernizing learning content into engaging digital formats and actively managing the learning technology ecosystem. This role drives the shift from compliance-based to voluntary, engagement-led learning by leveraging interactive media, promoting platform adoption, and building foundational awareness for future AI integration, directly supporting accelerated business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Learning Content Production
- Develop and launch a continuous pipeline of interactive, bite-sized learning modules (e.g., gamified experiences, simulations, videos, scenario-based learning).
- Ensure modules strengthen learner motivation, engagement, and application of skills.
2. Learning Platform Management & Advocacy
- Act as the local champion for our LMS platforms (e.g., CAMPUS, HU Online).
- Maintain platform health, promote usage, and drive strong adoption across teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure platforms support business and capability-building needs.
3. Strategic Exploration of Learning Technology
- Research and pilot new learning media, tools, and technologies.
- Build organizational readiness and insights for advanced tech adoption, with a focus on AI in Learning as we plan toward 2028 and beyond.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Media, Communications, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Training, Learning & Development, Digital Learning
- Hands-on experience with learning platforms (LMS, LXP, or similar)
- Exposure to digital content development or learning media production
- Experience supporting learning programs in large or operational environments is an advantage
- Creative, proactive, and learner-centric mindset.
